Pumpkin Pie Smoothie (Dairy-Free, Vegan)

A delicious and healthy smoothie that tastes just like pumpkin pie.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk any type will work
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup pecans
  • 1 cup frozen banana medium banana
  • 4-6 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Pour almond milk and maple syrup into blender.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.  Enjoy!
