Edible Funfetti Cookie Dough

Edible Funfetti Cookie Dough is bursting with flavor, just like a sugar cookie and is Vegan and Gluten-Free.

  • 1/4 cup softened refined organic coconut oil *** It also works well when melted.
  • 1 drop pure almond extract
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup gluten free flour I use Bob's Red Mill Gluten 1-to-1 Baking Flour
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt I just use a dash of salt
  • 1/4 cup Sprinkles


  1. Using a small bowl combine softened coconut oil, vanilla extract, almond extract maple syrup and salt. Mix well.

  2. Add gluten-free flour. Mix thoroughly.

  3. Add SPRINKLES.  Mix well.

  4. Divide into two bowls. Serve and enjoy.

Recipe Notes

***I use refined coconut oil because I do not want the coconut flavor in the cookie dough.

***I have only used Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour, if choosing to use a different flour I can't guarantee the flavor will be the same.

  • I also roll the dough into 10 balls and refrigerate to grab and go.
